This is a map of the very large Han dynasty between 206 B.C and 220 B.C. The Han dynasty covered a big part of China. The Great Wall of China is bordering the northern part of the empire, protecting them from any intruders to the north. The Han dynasty was located in China Proper. China Proper is where a majority of the people live in China because of its rivers and flat lands. It's border of water allowed trade through water, which was a key success to a good empire.
